As a growing business, we are now seeking the right person for a new role within the business - Operations Support Executive. We are looking for someone bright, enthusiastic, and keen to progress in a warm and supportive, vibrant, business.
The right candidate will be based from home (anywhere in the BD) and will need to have a good working environment with minimal distractions.
This newly created role will involve working closely with the team and sometimes our clients too, to support projects and ongoing projects.
You will be expected to handle a variety of tasks to ensure the smooth running of daily operations.
Monitor, control, and manage business operations to meet customer expectations and company goals.
Ensure compliance with company standards and procedures.
Evaluate current operational performance and provide a strategic plan for improvements.
Identify problems in the operations process and resolve them in a quick and timely manner.
Follow standard operating procedures for efficient business operations.
Maintain clear and accurate operations documents/procedures for reference purposes.
Build a database of useful SOPs.
Create and manage a customer success plan.
Support with Trusted Network strategy.
Bachelor's degree in any discipline
